We’re always looking for passionate, reliable volunteers to support our leagues, clinics, tournaments, and special events throughout the year. Volunteer roles may include on-court support, assisting coaches, event help, or general program support.
If you’re interested in making a difference and being part of a growing youth sports community, we invite you to apply to volunteer with YPI. No prior coaching experience is required — just a positive attitude and a desire to help kids succeed.

YOUTH
Why Join YPI?
At the Youth Pickleball Initiative, it’s all about having fun, learning new skills, and playing with friends. Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the first time or already love pickleball, YPI activities help you build confidence, stay active, and enjoy the game in a positive, encouraging environment.
You’ll learn how to play, make new friends, and be part of a team that cheers each other on — all while having a great time on the court. Come play, grow, and have fun with YPI!
